New year resolutions 2027 with a log
Davka is an iPhone and Android app for logging supplements and vitamins by part of the day, plus water and caffeine, with widgets and PDF reports. It asks for no account, has no ads, and the first 7 days are free.
This page is a hub: for four common resolutions it says what Davka logs and what you see from it. It gives no advice on what or how much to take, eat or drink, rates nothing and promises no effect: it is a record, not an advisor.

Taking supplements and vitamins regularly
Supplements go into parts of the day, one tap logs a whole part of the day, and the Home screen shows how many are still left. Reminders follow the parts of the day, and you can log from the notification or from the widget. Supplements and vitamins in detail
Drinking more water
The Water card has a daily goal, one tap logs the preset amount, and the widget logs from the Home Screen. A week is shown day by day. Drinking more water in detail
Less caffeine
You log a drink and Davka estimates the caffeine curve: how much caffeine is still in the body and how much is left in the evening. Less caffeine in detail
Drinking less: Dry January
The count of drinks, which you turn on in Settings, is logged next to everything else. The app rates nothing; the only thing it says is a short praise when the count falls against the previous period. Drinking less and Dry January in detail
What they have in common
Supplements, water and caffeine sit one below the other on the Home screen. A report for a month, a quarter or a year is exported as PDF, the full history as CSV.

FAQ
Which resolutions does Davka cover?
Supplements and vitamins, water, caffeine and the number of drinks. Each has its own page, linked above.
Can I log everything at once?
Yes. Supplements, water and caffeine sit one below the other on the Home screen, and one tap logs a whole part of the day of supplements.
How much does Davka cost?
The first 7 days are free, with no payment up front and no card details. After that you choose a subscription ($1.99 a month or $19.99 a year) or a lifetime license ($39.99, paid once). A subscription is not required: the lifetime license is one single payment.
Does Davka need an account?
No. Davka asks for no registration or sign-in and has no ads or analytics.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your records are not deleted after the trial. The app stays locked until you choose a subscription or the lifetime license, and you can download your records as CSV right from that screen.
